✨ Whether you’re new to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) or a seasoned traveler returning for deeper exploration, you will experience :

• A safe and supportive experience designed for anyone curious about past lives, soul purpose, or inner healing.
• A gentle, guided induction into deep relaxation 
• A chance to receive insights and guidance from within
• Short visualization journeys to connect with your Essential Self, ‘inner wisdom’ 
• A sharing circle at the end (optional)

📋 Please prepare:

• A quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed
• Headphones (recommended for immersive sound)
• A journal or notebook for reflections
• An open heart and curious mind

🗓️Will take place every two months (on the 1st Wednesday of the month alternating English and French sessions) or/and upon request
